Introducing Cognition Referral Program

Two days ago, I ran a poll on my Instagram asking if you would recommend Cognition to your peers.
Guess what, out of the ~50 responses, >90% said they’d love to.
Well, if you love Cognition and are so sure about recommending it to others, why don’t I make it simple for you?
Cognition Referral Program
Let me start with how it is structured.
There are three levels, and there is a reward for each level. Once you unlock a level, an automated email with the reward will land in your inbox.
You need to refer Cognition with the unique referral link (generated specifically for you) to your peers and people who would benefit from Cognition. You have generated a referral when you convert the people you have shared the link with to subscribers.
To unlock the first level, 3 readers should convert into subscribers from the link you shared.
For the second level, 5 subs. And for the third, 10.
Why should you even care about Referral Program?

Two, let me take you through the different benefits (rewards) the program offers.
Level 1 Reward:
The Cognition Insiders
The Cognition Insiders is a private WhatsApp community that focuses on making you a better writer, creator, and freelancer.
It’s a learning-and-discussion-led community, and this is what we offer:
Monthly Virtual Meets
We do a Zoom/Gmeet every month: Sometimes, to discuss everything that’s happening in the content world. Or sometimes to watch a movie together (if it’s a community, we’ve got to bond, right? What better way than movies?)
Don’t worry, movies will be productive too. You’ll know when you’re in.Discussions
We discuss the topics in the newsletter, some general ideas, something you’ve read about, and in other words, anything that’s relevant to the members of the community.

Of course, we don’t want to be one of those groups where people keep spamming with thousands of links.
But we also want to recognise, appreciate, and support your work. So we allow our members to promote one link of theirs per week.
Why one, and why not more?
Because we don’t want an overload of links, and we want you to learn prioritization. You might be building multiple things: What would you like to prioritize over everything else?Resources
Of course, there are tons of podcasts, blogs, and all forms of content that are relevant to us. Will share as many as possible, and you can too.
Now, if you think it’s worth it, all you need to do is get Cognition three subscribers (I’ll tell you how to do it in a bit.)
Level 2 Reward
Freelancing can be uncertain; sometimes, a simple contract sets up many things like communication, governing laws, availability, ownership of content, etc.
Surprisingly, only a few freelancers sign contracts, and even fewer freelancers draft terms and send them to clients upfront.
To solve this, I’ve simplified contracts and designed a template for you.
All you need to do as a freelancer is add some data and edit the template per your terms. I use this template every time I onboard a client.
This is one of my digital products, and I sell it on Gumroad for INR 999, but it’s totally free if you unlock Level 2.
Level 3 Reward
This is for all the readers who like my way of working and want to talk to me about it. It’s a 60-minute one-on-one Zoom call where you can ask questions or talk about anything you want to.
Honestly, I feel I can add more to Level 3. Along with one-on-one calls, I’m trying to develop more rewards at this level.

You can copy and share this link on DMs, groups, social media, and everywhere else
When someone signs up from your unique link, it will be registered in the leaderboard. Once you clear the level, you will find the automated email immediately in your inbox.
